This notice covers the QHDM public headquarters and its structured partner-intake form. Product-specific notices will be published before a product materially expands personal-data processing.

Who is responsible
Quarkoded Holodotmatrix Private Limited operates this public portal. The domain privacy mailbox is temporarily unavailable while verified mail receiving and authentication are configured. Do not submit identity documents or sensitive request evidence through the general partner form.
Information handled
The partner gateway can collect your name, email, organisation, market, selected pathway and programme, readiness, timeline, problem/outcome, proposed contribution and consent record. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps and requested pages for delivery, abuse prevention and reliability. The public portal does not currently provide customer accounts, payments or open user publishing.
Purposes
Information is used to validate the form, route and evaluate the enquiry, communicate with you, prevent abuse, maintain appropriate corporate records, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations. QHDM does not use the intake form to make a solely automated decision that creates a legal or similarly significant effect.
Choice and consent
Submission is voluntary. The form asks for affirmative consent to evaluate and respond to the enquiry. Do not submit credentials, government identifiers, payment data, medical information, information about children, unpublished inventions or confidential third-party material. A later NDA or contract—not this form—governs confidential engagement.
Sharing and safeguards
Information may be processed by hosting, email and professional-service providers according to purpose and access need. It may be shared with authorised QHDM reviewers or advisers where required to evaluate the selected pathway. QHDM does not sell partner-intake information. Reasonable safeguards are applied according to system risk, but no online system can be guaranteed risk-free.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only while reasonably needed for evaluation, correspondence, security, dispute handling and applicable corporate or legal record-keeping. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Your requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent for information you submitted, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already undertaken lawfully.
Changes
This notice will be updated before accounts, expanded analytics, public user content, payments, product telemetry or materially different processing is introduced. The effective date above identifies the current version.
