The public portal describes QHDM, its stage-gated programmes and collaboration pathways. Product, pilot, confidential and investment relationships require separate written agreements.

Information, not an offer
The site provides general corporate, portfolio and research information. It is not professional advice, a product warranty, a regulated financial or mobility service, an offer of securities or an invitation to invest. Forward-looking work depends on validation, demand, regulation, people, partners and capital.
Programme status
Names shown may identify internal programmes rather than separate legal entities, registered trademarks or commercially available products. Live, Prototype, Research, Concept and Partner-Dependent labels are operating disclosures, not certifications, investment ratings or promises of launch.
Enquiry submission
Submitting a brief does not create confidentiality, employment, agency, partnership, funding, procurement or service obligations. QHDM may decline, archive or request more information. Do not send restricted material before an authorised recipient and suitable written terms are confirmed.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site content, branding, programme architecture and original materials belong to Quarkoded Holodotmatrix Private Limited or are used with permission. Viewing the site does not grant rights to source code, prompts, models, confidential know-how, trademarks, inventions or datasets.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, probe protected systems, misrepresent affiliation, scrape at abusive rates or use the site to transmit harmful or unlawful material. Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately through the Trust Centre contact.
External services
Subdomains and linked products may have separate notices and terms. A link does not imply legal control, endorsement, partnership, service availability or responsibility for a third party’s content or operations.
Liability and changes
The public portal is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. QHDM may update the site, programme stages and these terms as operations mature. Material commercial, confidential or regulated engagement requires appropriate due diligence and signed documentation.
